While the Detach Home Sale Category is up to 60% in March, by 1% only, we see another increase in the OAKVILLE CONDO MARKET, is still standing strong at 20% with 43 units being sold in the month of March, that is up from the 34 units sold in February. We predict to see this category still continue to grow throughout Oakville in 2018.

$1,000,001plus 17.14% These numbers are up from previous months also, which confirms the Townhouse price points are also now increasing.

This March, price points have still maintained strong with an Average Sale Price of $1,104,344 and a increased Median Sale Price of $1,015,000, both numbers higher than previous month.
ADVICE: With low interest rates still, this market is now in a full swing BUYERS MARKET. With moderate price points, an abundance of listings, it is a superb time to buy a home. Don’t wait until rates rise. If they do, you will not be able to afford that detach home you have been dreaming to own!
