The geographical location of OLDE OAKVILLE stretches east of Sixteen Mile Creek, north of Lake Ontario, south of Cornwall Road and west of Chartwell Road.

It is probably my most favorite communities in Oakville. Quaint, charming, secluded yet close to the downtown core on Lakeshore Road where families can enjoy great restaurants, museums, art galleries, cool boutiques, cafes and so much more! Trafalgar Road is the perfect connector route to this wonderful community and I certainly enjoy the short drive to Downtown Oakville, always mesmerized by the picturesque scenery of authentic, original and charming homes, beautifully treed lots, lush colorful gardens and the famous yet tiny Old Oakville Corner Store that has been there since I can remember.

The Old Mill Condos are very much in demand, being so close to the GO STATION & QEW price points start at $320,000 and up.
